Here are some frequently asked questions from our customers.
The breakfast is not included in the price of your room unless you opt for an explicit “breakfast included” offer.Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet and is charged €18 per day and per person. You can also opt for breakfast in Room service. *Breakfast is €10 for children under 12.
Our hotel does not have a restaurant. However, we have a tapas bar and offer you a menu of local and homemade dishes to share (or not). It is therefore not necessary to go out at night to have dinner outside.
Our tapas bar is open to everyone! Whether you are hotel guests, simple walkers, curious, passing through or local; you are welcome.
We accept animals with an extra fee of €15 per day and per animal.
The hotel has a private car park, also equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
The nearest train stations are the stations of Lannion, Guingamp and Saint-Brieuc. Then, the solution is to rent a vehicle or order a taxi to come to Perros-Guirec.
The hotel Les Costans is located: - 5 minutes away on foot from the city center of Perros-Guirec- halfway between Trestraou and Trestrignel beaches, both at 10 minutes on foot- along the GR trail (ideal for starting a hike!)
Our hotel does not (yet) have a spa. We work with a partner spa a few minutes from the hotel for which we offer you preferential rates.
Yes, our hotel makes every effort to welcome each client in the best conditions. We have several wheelchair accessible rooms, a dedicated parking space, a lift as well as an outdoor lift that guarantees access to the establishment.
Check-in is from 4pm to 9pm. In case of late arrival, please contact our teams who will send you the arrival procedure.Check-out is possible until 12pm.
Cancellation conditions vary according to the type of accommodation. You can consult your reservation and also take a look at the details of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The invoice that we will issue to you will include: - the price of your room - the price of breakfasts- all your extras and/or supplements related to your stay (e.g. baby coat, pet, drinks,...)- tourist tax All of these items will be paid on site (except prepaid items). Note that the tourist tax is always to be paid on site during your stay.
The baby coat is charged €15 per child per night. The pet is charged €15 per animal and per night. The breakfast buffet is offered at €18 per person per day (except children under 12). Breakfast is charged €20 in room service.Room service for bar orders (drinks and/or tapas) is charged €5 (fixed price).

Your credit card details are sensitive information. That is why, in accordance with the regulations, we have put in place the secure payment. Your banking information is encrypted and used only by our computer system. Thus, we have no knowledge or access to your personal data which is preserved.
