Les Costans benefits from a privileged location that directly overlooks the route of the famous Customs trail or GR34 which goes around the Breton coast. So you can treat yourself to magnificent hiking along the coasts. From the hotel, walks along the sea are numerous and easy to access.
When you leave the hotel you can win Ploumanac'h, famous for its pink granite. Along the sea, enjoy an exceptional show with The 7 islands in the background. You will walk in the middle of a granite chaos of incredible beauty. At the end of the walk, you can admire the lighthouse of Men Ruz or finally swim on the Saint Guirec Beach and its oratory.
Discover also The Traouiero Valley. Enchanting walk through the forest. Stroll along the Kerougant stream that separates the town of Perros-Guirec from that of Trégastel. This natural site is home to numerous legends that will appeal to your imagination. In summer, guided lantern tours are organized at nightfall. Accompanied by a storyteller, you will discover the valley from a different perspective. You may then be able to meet korrigans there, or Scorfell, the little green dragon that once haunted the valley.
And why not discover Pink granite from the sea? The nautical center offers many possibilities: sea kayak trip, coastline, paddle...
Leaving Perros-Guirec, Trégastel also offers beautiful hiking trails. In particular The Renote peninsula, where for a one-hour stroll, you will be particularly disoriented in the middle of a postcard setting.
A little further on, in the town of Pleumeur Bodou, you will be able to discover The Landrellec Peninsula or Île Grande. Accessible all year round, Île Grande offers a 7 km marked trail that will allow you to go around it in about 2.5 hours. Formerly a land of granite extraction, the island is now a paradise for birds and is also home to an LPO station (League for the Protection of Birds).
Thanks to the road bike “La Littorale”, bike rides are not left out. You will be able to enjoy the many views offered by this course and will not be able to resist the call of swimming. At the Hotel Les Costans, your bikes sleep in a closed garage.
If you don't have bikes, the tourist office, located a 5-minute walk away, offers an electric bike rental service.
